I believe that in a healthy marriage the husband should work full-time and the wife should work part-time to help support the family together. That is what a good marriage is all about = it is about each side helping to support each other physically, emotionally, and financially. But when the kids are young the wife does have to stay home to care for the kids, up to age 5. I know some women want to become a home-maker taking care of the house and not working: Sorry but I'm looking for an equal partner where together we work to support the family.
